A few things, made clear.
Do my credits expire?+
Credit packs do not expire. Monthly and yearly subscriptions issue credits each month; unused credits expire at the end of that grant period. Existing purchases keep their original terms.
How are videos charged?+
Each clip is rounded up to a whole minute: up to 60 seconds costs 6 credits; 61–120 seconds costs 12. The whole clip includes 5 concise follow-up replies. New-credit video answers use a standard reply budget. Existing upload limits and older contracts still apply.
What happens after my included replies?+
Each extra pack adds 5 replies: 1 credit for a standard image, 5 for Advanced, or the original video analysis price. The cost is displayed before use; replies are charged as a pack, not individually.
How does yearly billing work?+
You pay the annual amount once. Credits are issued each month. Turning off renewal does not stop grants for the months you have already paid for.
What happens to my current credits?+
Your existing purchases and subscriptions keep their original terms. They will be shown separately where their units differ; we will not silently convert video seconds into points.
Can I use the same credits through the API?+
The new system uses the same account balance and analysis rates. API top-ups use the same packages and prices shown here. Existing API contracts remain protected during the transition.
